About Mesi Toth (co-host)
Mesi’s compelling desire to live a life of meaning and fullness has led her to the practice of yoga. She believes that pouring ourselves fully into each moment enriches and deepens our everyday experience. For her, the physical practice is a laboratory where - through asana - one can drop into the felt sense of who they really are.

Her own practice is rooted in Embodied Flow, Yin yoga, Pilates and motherhood. In her classes Mesi creates a grounded and nurturing container that encourages participants to practise authentically, tuning into their own flow.
