This workshop is designed for those new to yoga. Those with previous yoga experience interested in refining the postures or in modifications of the postures are also welcome.
In this class we will:
Learn the poses that make up Sun Salutation A step by step
Learn how to safely move from one pose to the next
Learn modifications to make each pose and movement safe and beneficial for you
Learn the value of using the breath throughout the practice
