This workshop will be an introduction for Mollie's weekly scheduled class starting on Saturday, July 30th from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm.
Core based movement patterns are often not only safer for the body, but also create a solid support system to build a more stable practice that can feel much better for many people. At this workshop we will begin within the deepest of core muscles within the body, where we will explore very specific muscle groups and their relationship towards better supporting one another. Asana work will be focused upon refining and re-patterning the transitions in and out of many commonly practiced asanas, and will be individualized for each attending student. Through this work together, we will discover many benefits of core based movements, and will rediscover our own authentic alignments based upon the mysterious deep core support of our body. This workshop is for all levels.
