This 90-minute restorative practice will help you relax & release. A practice where you'll be guided into supported poses to pause, find stillness, release and let go.
An investment in you! Journey through a practice to restore balance to your mind, body and breath. Each asana has been carefully selected to help you transition deeply into relaxation, while providing self-nourishment to fatigued muscles and/or mind. All poses are passive in that there is no muscular contraction involved. The body will stretch through the support of associated props, allowing it to open so that tension can be released. What the original version of you again.
Open to all levels, no experience needed!
