Many people have heard of Chakras but they may not know what they really are or how they work. Every so often you hear someone say their Chakras are ‘closed and need opening’, when in actual fact they never close or need opening.
Chakras can however become unbalanced, and in this special 2-hour workshop led by Sue Rahmani you will be offered basic practices and suggestions for bringing your Chakras back into balance. You will be introduced to the seven ‘wheels’ (Chakras in Sanskrit), exploring how they have a direct effect on your wellbeing; mind, body and soul.
You will also enjoy a gentle yoga sequence focused on releasing physical and emotional knots, helping to align the body and encourage the correct flow of energy from each Chakra, leaving you with a feeling of harmony, balance and equilibrium. The session will come to an end with a guided meditation in which you will work with Seed Mantras associated with each Chakra.
