Friday night is the Dynamic Gentle Yoga approach to the initial stretches needed to loosen the spine, back, hips and legs. Smooth and soothing.
Saturday is intended to address the chronic tension that many of us hold from the reaching and curling forward that we do in our work, traveling and lifestyle. You will learn how to do supported back extensions (back bends) with awareness and skill to support the spine.
Sunday's class includes instruction in meditation techniques with a complete yoga experience that prepares the body to sit comfortably while meditating. You will experience steady body, steady breath, steady mind and the stillness that you are deep inside your being.
