You don’t need to be super strong or flexible to try it. You’ll be guided to achieving things you never though you could.
You don’t need a partner as we will pair you up. Nevertheless, feel free to come with a friend who would like to give it a shot.
Schedule of the day:
11.00am-12.00pm: Warm up moving the Yolga way (Yoga session)
12.00pm-12.30: Trust exercise and alignment preparation
12.30pm-15.00: Taking off with AcroYoga! We will start with basic techniques in couples and move to intermediate positions working in groups of three. The “spotter” will always have your back and help you try more advanced positions safely!
