AcroYoga for Beginners
Ready to infuse some fun and adventure into your fitness routine?
In this 4 week session participants will be guided through using classic Yoga poses as a foundation for exploring fun and challenging AcroYoga and Partner Yoga postures.

This is a 4 week session. Saturdays 12:15 - 1:45pm, January 25 to February 22.
Due to the "Family Day" long weekend, there will be no class on February 15.
The class will begin with Sun Salutations and standing balance sequences to warm up the body and help to develop overall strength, flexibility and balance. Then we will take a safe and supportive approach to discovering what beautiful postures can be achieved through awareness, communication and respectful connection with others.
Although this is a partner yoga class, you do not need to bring a partner or friend in order to participate. We will be mixing things up and trying some poses with multiple persons, so there will always be someone to practice with and the opportunity to connect with new people.
This is a pre-registered 4 week session.
