Full Description
Start your engines and fire up for the new year! This solar focused session will begin with conditioning partner based exercises to get you revved up followed by inversion training and tightness drills to get that core engaged! We will then use acrobatic calibration exercises that build strength, but also enhance and deepen the connection between acro partners, so we can find steadiness and ease in the acro poses that follow.
