AMAZING ACTIVE MEDITATION COURSES
AT BY NGUYEN TRAN
Retired Professor Nguyen Tran will present a unique webinar on Zoom in November. He was from RMIT University, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, and has 56 years of experience in practicing the technique. Some young students practice under his instruction, and from his first book 'Mind Control through Breath Regulation.' Seniors attend his talks and advice on memory recovery and balancing practice as well as osteoporosis and type2 diabetes, hormone stimulation under the reproduction centers. He developed excellent active meditation when he was a first-year student to overcome study stress and learning difficulties.
An excellent bonus on the five courses cost $60 in five days from November 11 to 15 at 7-8 PM ET.
Course #1): Learning the four slow breaths to empower the mind, which will help you achieve big dreams in your life. Six seconds breath, 3 seconds for inhaling, and 3 seconds for exhaling, oxygen breath 14 seconds long, quantum breath 14 seconds long, resonant breath 21 seconds long.
Course #2): Seven centers in the brain and seven centers in the body for the empowered conscious and subconscious mind to transform you into whatever you aim to be. These centers are essential in the brain and the body.
Course #3): Combine (#1, #2 above) with course #3: Low impact Yoga poses to actively meditate and exercise every muscle in the body gently to lead a healthy and young life. All chosen poses aim at exercising and meditating at the same time.
Course #4): Practice active yoga meditation with standing and lying poses. In the lying poses, you will enjoy the Kundalini in the child pose, and relaxing poses pointing North. The quantum breath appears in helices moving along the spinal cord to the top of the head. It is like a moving snake curling up three and a half turns. Unfortunately, a quantum is very tiny compared to a snake.
Course #5): Practice active yoga meditation with seating and headstand poses. Hatha Yoga Pradipika says that you live longer when you stand on your head for three hours a day!
You will enjoy something very new and practical, some excellent for the young and the seniors.
As a freshman at the university, I suffered severe study stress. We, freshmen, were advised to take up regular meditation to get rid of it. Meditation did not quieten the mind to get rid of severe stress. I introduced 4 types of breath to keep the mind active and a very good Yoga book written by Dr. Theos Bernard called Hatha Yoga to select low impact yoga poses. It worked! The severe stress was removed after practicing the technique for about 4 weeks. We did well in our study, our sports, dared to dream big, and to confront challenges. We had plenty of time for our hobbies and social activities. I continued to practice the active mind yoga meditation for 56 years so far. Yoga poses are gentle and low impact so that they are excellent for the young as well as the seniors. I would like to pass the technique to as many people as possible. I showed it to students at the university and they did well in their study and sports. They did well in their exams and got good jobs. The seniors seem to enjoy the gentle nature of the meditation, the training of balancing, the practicing of memory and anti-aging. The technique is a good fit for them to do in their home after they learn the basic from me.
I am looking forward to seeing the great success achieved by the younger generation and the enjoyment of a healthy life and remaining young by the seniors. I am looking forward to being able to train teachers. If it is eventuated I will be delighted.
The course includes three packages: Basic package, Intermediate package, and Advanced package. You can repeat any package as many times as you wish. You can take each package in a class together with others or pay more to practice one on one.
I am from Vietnam, got a scholarship from Australia at 17.5 to study electronics engineering. The study stress in the first year forced me to study yoga meditation to overcome the problem. I introduced active mind yoga meditation to get the mind active by command. It worked better than regular meditation. One does not seat and wait for the mind to quieten down. I help students get good marks, good degrees, excellent post-graduate degrees. They all get good jobs and enjoy a happy and young life virtually forever. They dare to dream and succeed. They take up challenges and win thanks to the meditation. With meditation, they have good jobs, a good life, and good families. I help the seniors with my meditation and they love it. I love to help the young generation. My meditation will enable them to change the world, will enable them to bring peace and rationality back to the world. Peace and Love are needed. War and fighting should be buried for good! I like YogaTrail. It is an excellent movement. I like the YT team and the assistance of Alex and Iman. I don't have much money to spend. I was high up in the academic rank before I retired. I graduated as a trainer in the success principles of Jack Canfield. That is why I am broke. I am helping the Vietnamese to catch up after a long and useless war. I sleep well thanks to the meditation and the fact that I can help the young generation to do meditation to make their brains smarter and their minds full of insights, bright ideas, creativity, and innovation. I also help the seniors. The meditation trains them in proper breathing and low impact yoga to exercise every muscle in their body, they recover their vitality and youthfulness.
It is a great challenge for you to take up what I have to offer in the active mind meditation. You will regret it if you ignore this excellent opportunity. The environment of the world is too polluted to live a good and long life. Meditation will assist the natural progression with the rectification of all the wrongdoing. Evolutionary correction is too slow. The humankind should take up meditation to help themselves.
