YOU WILL LEARN TO:
Apply effective use of props and modifications for challenging poses Identify and address common mis-alignments, while giving and experiencing hands on adjustments to bring more joy and energy to your practice.
Part 1: No pre-requisites

Theory & Foundation

Learn proper Alignment & Adjustments in this three part series. Begin with a basic exploration of learning styles as well as the structural platforms and actions that take place in each posture. In the hands on adjustment section, you will learn the philosophy, ethics and types of physical touch. You will then put these principles into practice in a Hip Opener Themed Adjustment Class.

Part 2: Standing Poses

**** Part 1 is a pre-requisite for attending Part 2 & 3

An exploration of Alignment & Adjustments for Standing Poses. Apply effective use of props, modifications and touch for challenging poses and identify and address common mis-alignments. Gain greater stability and energy flow to each yoga pose to facilitate a greater sense of joy and empowerment.

Part 3: Seated Poses & Backbends
