Mindful Movement

How do you inspire your students to explore the depth and joy of their true nature? In this workshop, you will learn how to go beyond synchronizing breath and movement and master profound techniques that turn asana into a moving meditation.

You begin your adventure in advanced teaching skills by examining asana in the context of all 8 limbs of yoga, weaving the concepts of Yama and Niyama, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi into the practice of mindful movement.

Working deeply with breath-centred mindfulness, the potential for transformation is limitless. Prepare to explore your own potential and learn to help your students access their inner wisdom through a deep understanding of the body-mind-breath connectionond simply choosing a theme or a goal pose, this workshop shows you how to structure your teaching to deliver authentic, meaningful classes.
Who's Going

Qualified yoga teachers (min 200hrs YA certified) who are committed to furthering their personal and professional development. Participants receive a certificate that is recognised by Yoga Australia as conferring 5 Continued Professional Development points.
