Intensify your yoga practice and deepen your experience under the guidance of an experienced Guru. This course expands on all topics of the Sampoorna Yoga Teacher Certification Course. You will not only learn yoga, but also get to experience some of its deeper aspects. Upon completion you will receive the diploma, “Yoga Acharya”. Registered with Yoga Alliance for the 500 hours level.

The following will be covered in the couse:

Asana- mastering the postures & inversions with advanced variations & flow sequences.

Pranayama- in-depth theory & practice on developing control of the life force.

Meditation- entering the stillness of Self.

Philosophy- in-depth study of Yoga Vedanta and the Shad Darshans.

Kundalini- opening to your subtle energy system & experiencing your own chakra body.

Kriyas- yogic cleansing exercises.

Mudras & Bhandas- techniques for awakening, directing & sealing prana for higher awareness.

Participation in all activities is required for successful completion of course.

Daily Schedule:
5:30 am – Wake up
6:00 am – Meditation, Nada Yoga, Lecture
8:00 am – Asanas, Pranayama
10:00 am – Brunch
11:00 am – Karma Yoga
12:00 – Personal Studies
2:00 pm – Main Lecture
4:00 pm – Asanas, Pranayama
6:00 pm – Dinner
7:30 pm – Meditation, Nada Yoga, Lecture
