A lot of people we treat present problems with their back and often lower back pain. A mobile and vital spine is important to maintain general health, and better ease of movement allows for a better quality of life. This course is for anyone with prior Thai Yoga Massage training offering the opportunity to expand on your knowledge, your repertoire and techniques in order to give a more therapeutically relevant treatment. Aside from learning some generally more advanced material such as dynamic moves, how to use your feet, knees and elbows, we will also focus on some particular techniques on the spine and to restore its natural vitality.
