Who is teaching?
Monika Lazuk – OMG yoga
After many years of adventures with contemporary dance and theater I found yoga as the most balanced psycho-physical practice. In 2013 I graduated from Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw with a degree in Yoga and relaxation. In April 2015 I finished a yoga teacher training in India, Goa (RYT 200), at the Trimurti Yoga. In yoga I love the feeling of suspension and experiments with gravity. Parallel to the static work on the mat I practice Acro Yoga and Aerial Yoga. In September 2014 I became certified aerial yoga instructor. Recently I moved from Warsaw to Koeln and I open the new chapter of adventure with different aspects of one yoga.
