Afternoon of Yoga
Come and join Sunnah for an afternoon of yoga; arrive in autumn grounded, balanced and open to whatever change is happening.
Type of Event
We will spend the afternoon exploring yoga postures in a gentle flow, focussing on the stability in our bodies and minds, using the breath as our anchor and from there discovering true presence. We will explore a variety of balances to help us enjoy the space in the centre and inversions to explore how that centre can change.
This workshop will include pranayama, some restful restorative work, tea and chat and will finish off with a guided relaxation to help set your intentions for the new season .
