The goal of Ageless Arts Yoga is to make yoga accessible to everybody and every body.

We each come to the mat with our own personal set of skills and limitations. Learn how to teach to everyone, adapting asanas to provide a personal experience for each one of your students, while weaving in the philosophy's, breath (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation into each and every movement.

This is a school year program starting the first Wednesday after labour day and running till the end of May. Plus 4 intensive weekends.
