Full Description

Surrender into a learning that will deepen your own personal yoga practice

Learning a blend of integrated yoga techniques including traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga and more. Throughout the training we will focus on classical yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) while weaving in the physical, mental, emotional, philosophical and energetic aspects of yoga.

In order to meet Yoga Alliance 200 hour guidelines we will enjoy the exploration of experiential anatomy, posture clinics, ancient yogic texts, lifestyles, philosophies, relaxation techniques and meditation. Each student will learn how to create and conduct a safe and inspirational yoga class, while deepening their own yoga practice.

Many students choose to take the Yoga Teacher Training program to simply explore and deepen their own personal experiences with yoga. This program is made accessible to everyone over 16 years of age. No matter what the challenges you are facing in life – age, limited mobility, weight – yoga is for everybody and every body.

Give yourself the gift of yoga in your life. Programs are run twice a year, in a summer one month intensive and 9 month program weekly over the school year. For more information contact Tracey at
