Our Akhanda Yoga 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India (developed by Himalayan Master Yogrishi Vishvketu) offer an experiential journey of personal and professional development. For yoga practitioners who would like to deepen their insights into the science of Yoga and Ayurveda, as well as become confident holistic yoga teachers, this is an ideal opportunity.
Our training exceeds the expectations set by the Yoga Alliance with a full 200 contact-hours of training. You will return home with the skills and confidence to teach artful sequences that include asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation linked to yogic wisdom through themes. You will also learn to lead foundational posture and breath workshops.
First trip to India? Join us by the Ganges in a vibrant international community of yoga enthusiasts. You’ll be taken care of from the moment you arrive with convenient airport pickup and transport to Rishikesh. Our program is hosted at the spacious, uplifting Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram where you’ll enjoy three tasty vegetarian meals a day with Gluten Free and Vegan options.
