DAY 1 (FRIDAY)
Check-in after 3 pm
6:00 pm Intro circle/Evening Practice
8:00 pm Dinner served with local Penedes wine
After dinner: Optional evening walk through the vineyards

DAY 2 (SATURDAY)
7:00 - 08:30 am Morning flow and meditation
9:00 Breakfast
10:30 Journey to Villafranca for market tour followed by tasting at a local winery
2:00 pm Lunch at the retreat center
Afternoon siesta or pool time
5:30 pm Gentle evening practice and meditation
8:00 pm Dinner served with local Penedes wine
Enjoy the evening around the fire

DAY 3 (SUNDAY)
7:00 - 08:30 am Morning flow and meditation

JULIA LOUISE
Yoga Teacher Julia (Jayashri) is a heart-centered and compassionate warrior on and off the mat. Having completed her 200 hour Rajadhiraja yoga course and a 300 hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training she has been guiding students around the world through her own unique style of practice. This coalescence of loving kindness and physical exertion is both uplifting and challenging. She teaches elemental yoga, hatha, vinyasa, hot flow, yin & restorative classes, pregnancy yoga, conscious touch and Thai Massage. She loves to flow the body with the breath while dancing into asanas.
