This workshop will focus on re-aligning the pelvic girdle in order to relieve pain and tension in the low back. We will combine self-massage with rubber balls, an alignment based yoga practice, and a series of strengthening exercises that will ultimately bring more mobility and ease to the feet, legs, hips, and spine.
