The evening will include warming up/opening exercises, a bio-energetic breath therapy session, a deep relaxation stage and time for sharing as well. The session will be in a group, which will helps bring more power and focus to our journey. Come celebrate your life energy!!!
Type of Event
Breath therapy methods give us a profound experience of the work of the human breath for healing, consciousness, and spiritual awakening. It should be noted that this is not the same as controlled yogic breathing practices ("pranayama,"), although it is a complimentary process for opening energy flow and expanding awareness. In this way of breathing, we actually support the conscious mind to let go of control so that deeper feelings and issues in the unconscious level can be explored and transformed. This work allows us to look deep into the unconscious mind and to heal long forgotten traumas. Over time, it supports our ability to be more healthy, joyful, creative and meditative in our daily life. It also helps dissolve negative breathing and chronic fear patterns and help us to open to the pleasure of feeling the flow of our bio-energy. We clear our mind, balance our emotions and learn to open our hearts.
What to bring:
* Comfortable, un-restrictive clothing. You will likely sweat, so better have a change of clothing and a towel.
* Bottle of water
* Please eat light and healthy the day of the event
* If you feel you need to eat something in the evening, stay with an easily digestible soup or smoothie
* Please avoid non-essential drugs as well as alcohol for at least a few days before the session to support a clean, open inner space to receive the work.
