Type of Event
An afternoon of gentle kundalini yoga and meditations. Suitable for all levels, and those who have not practiced any yoga before. There will be a break mid afternoon to enjoy tea and homemade biscuits, and a stroll beside the river.
Deposit or full payment beforehand is required to hold your place, as places are limited for this workshop.
Gather for tea at 1.30, yoga will begin at 2pm. We will pratice gentle yoga, meditations and yoga nidra.
Everything you need will be provided. Everyone is welcome, including those who have not practiced yoga before.
