An Afternoon of Relaxing Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Fiona
Arrival about 1.30 for 2pm start. We will practice gentle warm up exercises and a Kryia, followed by relaxation and a meditation. We will have a break for tea. After tea we will practice a short set and meditation followed by a lovely de stressing yoga nidra.
