Drawing knowledge from traditional yoga, gymnastics and circus arts, senior Suspension Yoga trainer , will guide you through warm ups, stretches and skill progressions to ensure that your arm balances are strong while your joints remain safe

You will learn the principals of alignment and structural integrity and be shown techniques to apply the YogiGym® as a prop to explore these challenging arm balancing postures in a safe and supported manner laying the foundation for more advanced support-free balancing techniques.
