An Evening of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
During this season of change it is important to find balance within our lives and make time to slow down and be present. This evening of restorative yoga and yoga nidra is a deeply healing practice that reduces stress, calms the nervous system, releases tension and clears the mind.

Join Autumn Adams as she leads the class through a series of restorative postures (~75 minutes) and a guided deep relaxation exercise called yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Restorative yoga and yoga nidra are used to heal the body, mind and soul. They not only reduce stress, tension, long held patterns of holding and clearing the mind of distracting thoughts, they are also used to heal the body. Restorative yoga and yoga nidra may be used to reduce symptoms of PTSD, depression and anxiety. All ages and levels of ability welcome. No yoga or yoga nidra experience necessary.
