Full Description

Hidden within 37,07 acres of nature, this peaceful place will also offers the possibility to enjoy all the benefits from traditional Ayurvedic treatment.
The restaurant offers a large choice of 250 Ayurvedic and vegetarian meals, salads and juice. You will also have to opportunity to taste non vegetarian meals and more international cuisine on the menu.

The Yoga practice will be done in a traditional indian shala.
To remember: This retreat is best suited for people already practicing the first serie of Ashtanga yoga.

PROGRAM // 6 Days Workshop with Mark and Joanne Darby :
A general sense of the route we will travel together over the next 6 days is provided below. Like any worthwhile journey though, our compass will be the vibe of the group and your questions, which will let us flow freely within this general format. We’ll overlap, jump, float and return – making sure to leave room for the unexpected. Unroll your mats and enjoy!

Morning Sessions:
Short Meditation and Pranayama followed by Led Primary Series or Mysore Class.

Afternoon Workshops:
1- Foundation – Posture & Breath
2- Bandha, Drishti, Vinyasa
3- Core Strength and Forward Bends and Side Twists
4- Inversions
5-Back Bending
6- Chackra Meditation – energizing chackras with asanas and chanting
