An introduction to vinyasa flow yoga
An introductory course to vinyasa flow yoga. Rachel will guide you through the basic yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath control) and relaxation. All in a fun, supported and safe, small group environment.

A 1hr weekly course of six week duration. Starting Thursday
14/04/16 9.15-10.15am. No class on 05/05/16.
6 x 1hr sessions at total cost of £45
Each week you will learn something new we will practice to music mixing both old and modern sounds. This course is suitable for reasonably fit, complete beginner's and more practised yogis/yoginis alike.
