Ananda Yoga Teacher Training
Would you like to bring greater meaning, vitality and inner joy into your life? Do you want to help others change their lives through the practice of yoga? If so, then Ananda Yoga teacher training may be just right for you.
Rather than focusing only on the physical body, Ananda Yoga harnesses the subtle energy of each asana, channeling it inward and upward. As an Ananda Yoga teacher, you will experience and share the higher states of awareness attainable through each asana.
We learn the classic Hatha Yoga postures (asanas) with a focus on subtler aspects such as breath awareness (pranayama), prana (energy) in the spine and chakras, affirmations, safe yoga practice, individual modifications, 8-Fold Path & yoga sutras, spiritual awakening, anatomy, and much more!
Completion for credit of the Raja & Hatha Yoga Intensive is a requirement of Ananda Yoga Teacher Training.
Graduates receive 200 hour RYA certification.
