The biggest challenge for a yoga teacher is to be able to keep his students interested and motivated in the practice. Many students give up because the teacher is too competitive and teaches very complicated principles. This course is about simplicity and effectiveness. I developed the principles of Anatomical and Energetic Alignment so that progression is monitored effectively and safely.

Yoga is a Practical discipline. It is not meant to be studied by the books.

Energy is like a muscle, it grows stronger through practice. Everyone is inherently gifted with this ability to achieve great potentials (physically and spiritually). Laziness is the biggest obstacle. In all our undertakings, the little daily effort is very important. So does in the practice of yoga. There is no rush. The muscle of energy needs to be practised regularly and progressively. Then the mind gets recollected so it acquires a focused direction. Once the initial stages are cracked open, the succeeding ones are easier to accomplish. There is a saying that perfection comes easy for those who are illumined. That is very true. The first few stages are the most difficult. The succeeding ones, though deeper, are actually easier to break through.

About the Trainer

Fyodor Vidal is the head trainer of Sukha Yoga. He developed the principles of Anatomical and Energetic Alignment, a progressive process of building structural, breath and mind control in the yoga practice.
His classes are filled with lessons about creating ease and freedom in the hips and spine. Through breath control, our mind becomes clearer and our senses brighter as well.

Fyodor holds an E-RYT 200 certification with Yoga Alliance. He authored Anatomical and Energetic Alignment - Guide to the Practice and Teaching of Sukha Yoga. Fyodor teaches Kundalini Awakening as well as meditation and pranic healing.
