Anatomy Connections - Yoga Anatomy Workshop
Gain a clear understanding of yoga anatomy and put it into action on the yoga mat. The Anatomy Connections training consists of interactive lectures with anatomical models and illustrations and is integrated with full asana practices to practically apply the knowledge of human anatomy to your own practice and/or your teaching.

A 75 minute lunch break and several short breaks are built in each day.
This workshop is led by Dr. Trish Corley who is an internationally recognized yoga educator, a doctor of physical therapy, and a former professor of functional anatomy. She specializes in making anatomy fun and easy to learn and apply to yoga!
This 2-day workshop qualifies for CEUs for Anatomy and Physiology for the Yoga Alliance. You will receive an illustrated manual and a certificate upon full participation. Dr. Trish Corley combines her knowledge of functional anatomy (from fifteen years as a doctor of physical therapy and five years as a professor of functional anatomy) and her passion of True North Alignment (the alignment principles of Baptiste Yoga) to provide students with practical and fun tools to apply anatomy to their yoga practice and teaching.
