Full Description

Angamardhana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. “Angamardhana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.
With exercises carefully selected by Sadhguru to be of universal appeal and application, Angamardhana needs no fitness equipment. It uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.

This practice is believed to be a pre-cursor of various martial arts. It creates aerobic exercise and muscle tone without bringing rigidity into the body, so that whatever you wish to do, your body says “yes”.

2. We will be laying out carpets at the venue so while not essential, you could bring a yoga mat (also available at venue) or thick towel for extra comfort.
3. Please wear comfortable loose clothing and bring cushions(if required, also available at venue) with you.
4. No prior experience of yoga is required. However, a minimum basic level of fitness is recommended as the practice can be physically demanding.
