Angamardhana - The Ultimate Yogic Workout - Wentworthville

Angamardhana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. This practice is believed to be a pre-cursor of various martial arts. It creates aerobic exercise and muscle tone without bringing rigidity into the body, so that whatever you wish to do, your body says “yes”.
