Antastha Yoga gradually brings you to that deepest place within you by using a blindfold in each of its series. TIt takes away all the distractions of daily life during your practice and encourages you to focus on your inner space, on pratyahara, the withdrawal of the senses.
The carefully created Antastha Yoga series stimulate the central nervous system, develop your inner strength and flexibility, and regenerate you by activating your lifeforce. Physically it increases your flexibility, lowers your blood pressure, reduces stress hormones, improves your joints and muscle toning.
Antastha Yoga Malish is one of the series of Antastha Yoga. It is an Indian massage technique for healing and flexibility. The self-massage is done in a warm room with ayurvedic oil while practicing specially selected yoga postures. This combination gives you a new unexpected flexibility that lets you glide into the asanas.
