Anusara Yoga and Meditation Retreat ONLINE
This meditation and Anusara Yoga retreat takes you deep into the study of Asana, Meditation, contemplation, yoga nidra, restorative yoga in order to reach a deep connection to your own essence. This work stirs creativity, opens the heart and creates a supportive environment for Inner transformation.

Sign into this retreat after you register. $300 for Friday- Sunday evening 2 asana classes a day( one active and one restorative) one morning meditation a day, and evening satsang/kirtan.

Students will be given recipes to prepare before the weekend in order to really focus on their inner journey. We are encouraged to set boundaries with housemates, children and pets so that our full focus can be drawn inward.
Each day starts with Morning mediation, followed by a light breakfast then Morning Asana. We have a long break in the afternoon to walk in nature or nap or read.
Afternoon restorative practice will take you into a deep relaxation with yoga nidra and pranayama and gentle hip opening and grounding asana practice.
Each evening we gather after dinner for Satsang which is translated into a conversation and contemplation for the Higher Self. We repeat this schedule on Sunday but end the retreat around 7:30pm on Sunday
