Transform your physical practice into a creative and deeply personal practice through the study of Anusara Yoga
Anusara Yoga Immersion training with Anusara® certified teacher Sandra Carson
Learn, experience, transform
Anusara means “To go with the Flow”. It is a method that aligns body, heart and mind through a refined and elegant philosophy and technique.
This 100+ hour training is an invitation to dive deep into yoga studies and practice. Enrich your own practice with the study of Anusara yoga’s methodology, philosophy, meditation and pranayama. The training includes daily classes, taught in workshop format, where you will learn and experience Anusara’s alignment techniques, like The Universal Principles of Alignment™. In addition, you will learn about Anusara’s uplifting philosophy and how you can apply this to your yoga practice and your life off the yogamat.
Some things you will take with you after the training:
- Experience how a physical practice and philosophy come together to create a powerful spiritual practice.
- Understand how to heal your body and align your body in more challenging poses.
- Know how to transform your physical practice into a deeply creative and personal practice.
In this training Yoga teachers will also gain insight into the asana alignment, so you will be able to better serve your students and help them in your class.
This Immersion is open to all students of yoga who are looking to deepen and expand their practice.
