YwN offers this practice in the lineage of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. In 1992, "Yogiji" gave us this specific practice of prayer, yoga, and meditation including the reading of Japji (a Sikh devotional prayer), any chosen Kundalini Yoga set (Kriya), and the recitation of 7 mantras. This specific Sadhana practice was chosen by Yogi Bhajan to help us transition into the Aquarian and thus is called the Aquarian Sadhana.

The yogi's say that the most effective time of day to practice our spiritual discipline is in the early morning hours before the sun rises. This is precisely the time of day when the sun's light hits the earth at a 60 degree angle and our efforts are maximized. The yogi's call this time of day 'the Ambrosial Hours' - or "Amrit Vela". Join in this early morning practice and elevate your day!
By donation. All proceeds go to the Petaluma Community Foundation.
Daily practice is the cornerstone to personal growth and the the foundation of a spiritual path. In yoga, we call this practice Sadhana - daily spiritual practice. Although practices vary among practitioners - most yogi's include some form of Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, and Meditation in their practice. Done alone or in a group, Sadhana is our opportunity each day to connect with our infinite self and work on our individual projection.
