“What is Sadhana? It’s a committed prayer. It is something which you want to do, have to do, and which is being done by you… Sadhana is self-enrichment. It is not something which is done to please somebody or to gain something. Sadhana is a personal process in which you bring out your best…” -Yogi Bhajan

Daily practice is the cornerstone to personal growth and the the foundation of a spiritual path. In yoga, we call this practice Sadhana – daily spiritual practice. Although practices vary among practitioners – most yogi’s include some form of Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, and Meditation in their practice. Done alone or in a group, Sadhana is our opportunity each day to connect with our infinite self and work on our individual projection.
YwN offers this practice in the lineage of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. In 1992, “Yogiji” gave us this specific practice of prayer, yoga, and meditation including the reading of Japji (a Sikh devotional prayer), any chosen Kundalini Yoga set (Kriya), and the recitation of 7 mantras. This specific Sadhana practice was chosen by Yogi Bhajan to help us transition into the Aquarian Age… and thus is called the Aquarian Sadhana.
Take your Kundalini Yoga practice to the next level and come out in the early morning for SADHANA!! I call it "taking off the training wheels".... and opportunity to get out of the comfort-zone of the classroom and test your skills!
