This is a 2.5 hour workshop with Dan who will break down the techniques that will assist you to gain a better understanding of how to include arm balances into your yoga practice.
This is a FUN and interactive session with theory and options to play with.

Dan will explain the foundations of arm balances by addressing the following areas -
the importance of breath
emphasis on core activation and active movement
awareness of joint stability
theory behind binds and how this assists arm balances
We will play with the following postures -
Lolasana (Dan's favourite and the foundation for every other arm balance)
Crow and side variation
Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1+2
