Learn valuable modification strategies and exercises that target the wide array of arm balance poses.
Students will receive a 50 minute long vinyasa flow class with elements of many arm balance poses. After a 10 minute break, the class will break-down each pose individually, and the teacher and assistants will help align and coach those who wish to work at their mat, placed by the wall or not, all are welcome to learn.
