Come lighten your heart and have fun practicing some of the more advanced yoga postures. This One Hour and 30 minute workshop will include postures such as Bakasana (Crow), Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow), Eka Pada Koundinyasana (Flying Locus), Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand) and may more exciting and challenging arm-balances

Don’t quite have your arm-balances down yet? No worries, in this dual taught workshop we will also go over specific, yet simple, exercises that will target your same muscle fibers that are used in these transitions. You have your arm-balances down solid? Great!!! We will also be learning to float into Astavakrasana (Eight-Angle Pose) from Adho Mukha Svanasana (down-dog), as well as many more fun transitions.
