Arm balance Workshop
We will be working on crow, side crow, Pincha and eight angle pose. Making sure we open the hips and warm up the arms and shoulders as we overcome our fear from these poses.
Type of Event
The session will start with a strong practice warm up your joints and build up your alignment so you feel ready to fly into your arm balance poses. We will be looking at some beginner prep for handstands, play with our Crow pose and give ourselves some time to really focus on these poses and because the class is small there will be time for me to come around and we can assist each other to get stronger and more confident in these poses.
