This workshop is designed to give you a good understanding of correct alignment and the proper mechanics to practice arm balances with integrity and without injury. This workshop is for students who are comfortable with sun salutations and have a minimum of six months yoga experience and is not recommended for students with wrist or shoulder injuries. Lots of preparatory poses will thoughtfully prepare the body and plenty of modifications will be offered so students can safely delve into the arm balances. Tori Arnone is a RYT who loves to share her passion for yoga and make it accessible for everyone.
