Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, this workshop will help you strengthen and develop a mindful arm balance practice. We will start with a fun flow to build heat and connect with the breath, followed by a step-by-step tutorial on the mechanics of some of the most exciting arm balances. We will explore a series of wrist therapy techniques to release stress and promote strong and healthy wrists.
