Yoga teachers need to re-fresh and update too! In this workshop you will integrate a new perspective on the practice of yoga. Learn what you did not learn in your teacher training before and become well equipped with this new approach to Core Yoga practice and Core Sequencing.

You will learn the foundations of teaching core strength vinyasa yoga:
how to instruct your students using core principles
what to focus on and in what order
how to incorporate core awareness throughout your class and how to build a entire class on this theme and new perspective of yoga practice
and a ready to use map to navigate from.
Learn how the three Cores [spinal core, the pelvic core and the abdominal core] relate to the bodies “bandha’s” [or energy locks] and the core group of muscles. Get in touch with the core principles of foundation and expression in asana practice. learn some of Marlene's core sequences that evoke these principles in an accessible way.

You will walk out well equiped with all the tools to understanding Core-focused sequencing and will learn to improve your class planning.
