ART & SACRED SCIENCE OF YOGA – LEVEL 2, 300HR YOGA ALLIANCE with Julia McCabe

Yoga is both art and science. Yoga is antiquity and modernity caught in a playful dance. It began in India but belongs to everyone. It predates Buddha and Lululemon. It gets lost in semantics and our efforts to define it, when really its meaning is found in the everywhere and inbetween.
Join me to learn and celebrate.

Full Description

“I consider Los Cardones to be my home away from home. It is quiet, remote and virtually untouched by tourism. We sleep in thatched bungalows along the beach, a stone’s throw from the ocean's edge. The location is safe, the food is amazing, the staff and owners are kind and helpful and the remoteness of the location allows for the process of yoga to happen cleanly and clearly. If you're a surfer you'll love it even more. I allow for a morning surf session after our morning asana if that is your calling.”
