Geoff Brooks has designed a suite of Further Education Yoga courses for both teachers and those who have an Intermediate Practice. These studies are designed for those who want to become more intimate with their practice and themselves through Yoga. These courses address the gap between standard classes at studios and advancing your personal practice from the perspectives of both teaching and attending the classes. They also address the ability for you, as a teacher or practitioner, to receive specific education in relationship to your yogic areas of interest.
The first of these, Asana LAB, is a detailed breakdown, evaluation and experimentation of Yoga Asana in order for you to understand how to practice with greater awareness and effect. Yoga Teachers learn to teach more knowledgeably, and everyone learns to enhance their own life through Yoga.
Yoga Asana is one portion of the Yogic System and is the most common and popular outside of native India. It involves scientific processes developed over thousands of years and is traditionally taught from teacher to student in a very detailed manner. This course breaks down the absolute essentials for delivering and practicing yoga asana, and explains it in a way that is easily digestible and complete.
