Asana, Pranayama, Dhyana - Saturday Morning Workshop
This workshop is designed to help you delve a little deeper and put your yoga into context. We will focus on the three practical limbs of classical yoga: Postures, Breath and Meditation.
Type of Event
Many of you have requested that we hold some workshops at the weekend. So we're repeating this popular workshop on the morning of Saturday 6-June-2015.
The session is designed to help you delve a deeper and put your yoga into context. Join us to enhance your practice by focusing on the three practical limbs of classical yoga: Postures, Breath and Meditation.
I'm repeating this workshop in collaboration with my friend Tina Kouroushi, whom many of you already know. We'll practise pranayama to direct our energy and stoke our agni (inner fire) interspersed with varied asanas, visualisations and guided meditations/Yoga Nidra. The workshop will be mostly practical with a little theory woven in to give you a better understanding. We'll finish the morning with a delicious vegetarian lunch.
See the attached leaflet for more details. Please get in touch soon if you'd like to book as places are limited.
