Ashtanga for Beginners
An introduction to the Ashtanga Primary Series with an initial warm-up to prepare physically & mentally for the practice of Ashtanga. Some experience in yoga is preferable but not essential. Is important to be in a good physical condition with no injuries. Expect some cool rhythms to celebrate the start of summer:)
