Ashtanga Mysore Week
This week will include four Mysore style classes every morning, from Monday to Thursday and on Friday it will be a Led Primary class. It's a good opportunity to begin your Ashtanga path if you are new to this style and also a great chance for experienced ashtanga practitioners to immerse themselves and deepen their practice.

The beauty of the Mysore room is that it enables students of all levels to move and breathe together in a practice tailored to suit their own individuality and potential. It can be challenging to practice early in the morning at first, however once you experience some of the many health benefits such as the increased vitality, flexibility and strength of this stress reducing practice you feel more than rewarded for getting up a little earlier.
Being amongst a group of other dedicated students and receiving the support of an intuitive teacher during your practice creates a very special and inspiring energy that can help you to commit to a more regular self practice on your journey of yoga.
